HOW TO ARRIVE TO PHUKET 2021/2022 according to the program - SANDBOX PHUKET

The website of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has published the current rules for entering the kingdom, which entered into force on November 1 and apply to vaccinated tourists arriving by air.

The traveler will have to spend the first 7 nights in one of the pre-booked and paid hotels included in the SHA + system under the SandBox program.

A new Thailand Pass system has been launched in Thailand - now, instead of COE (Certificate of Entry) permission, you need to issue everything online on the website -

Documents for THAILAND PASS are submitted at least one week before the trip.
You will need to download:

➖ personal data of the applicant
➖ email address to which the QR code will be sent
➖ passport photo
➖ scan of the vaccination certificate
➖ information about insurance with coverage of at least $ 50,000 (from December it is planned to reduce to $ 30,000)
➖ information about booking SHA + hotel and payment for PCR test upon arrival
Documents are checked 3-5 working days, after which the tourist will be sent a QR code from the Thailand Pass system.

* The site often gives an error that users bypass through the browser console or by entering additional spaces when filling out forms. The network even has special settings for Google Chorme to fill out a questionnaire without bugs.

It is specified that those who have had a coronavirus in the last 3 months need to be vaccinated with one dose of the vaccine at least 14 days before the trip ("Sputnik V" is approved in Thailand). A vaccination certificate is not required for tourists under the age of 18 traveling with a parent or guardian. Children under 6 years of age pass a PCR test through saliva (that is, do not stick a stick in their nose).

Upon arrival, a QR code issued by the Thailand Pass system is presented, as well as a negative PCR test result obtained no earlier than 72 hours before the trip. Another PCR test is given at the airport. There, a special MorChana application is installed on the smartphone. A tourist is delivered to the SHA + hotel by a pre-ordered transfer. The hotel room must not be left until a negative PCR test is obtained at the airport. Further, the tourist can freely move around the island during the week. On the 6-7th day of your stay in the kingdom, you need to take an antigen test, which is cheaper than PCR. After that, if desired, he will be able to continue his vacation in any other provinces of Thailand.
P.S. Unvaccinated tourists flying on any flights can stay in Thailand only in ALQ / ASQ hotels without the ability to leave their room for 14 days (quarantine).
