- Consultation - we form your request, explain the legal aspects.
- List of best options - we carry out the selection of the most suitable Projects and options upon your request.
- Choosing the property and negotiating all conditions - furniture package, discounts, payment schedule etc.
- Reservation agreement - this document is the base for the terms of the future Purchase/Lease Agreement.
- Reservation Payment - reserve the property, the Reservation Fee amount is about 3-5 thousand dollars (negotiable).
- Signing of the Purchase/Lease Agreement - first the Developer will provide a full package of documents to you by e-mail; we study it, make adjustments (if necessary), coordinate. After approval, full set will be sent to you by DHL.
- Making a downpayment - about a month is given to make the first contract payment (negotiable).
- Construction progress reports - we will provide it to you upon request. Developer provides an official report usually every 3 months.
- Handover and registration - can be carried out by you in person, or by our experts under a power of attorney.
