When the Project is completed, the buyer will need to make a number of additional payments when register the property.
- One-time:
- Registration fees - depends on the form of ownership (from 1.1% to 3.3%)
- Depreciation Fund - depends on the area (from 400-800THB / m2)
- Installation of meters - about 20,000 THB per apartment
- Annual:
1) Common area fee - depends on the area (from 40 to 80 THB / m2 per month). Paid once a year, one year in advance.
* All these conditions must be specified in the Purchase/Lease Agreement.
